Request Information or New Service from IST

To initiate a request for information or NEW Service from IST, please be ready to provide the following information:

• Name
• Department
• Phone #
• E-mail
• Description of new service request
• Timing needs

Either send this in an email to IST-newservice@lists.berkeley.edu or call the CCS Service Desk on 642-4920.

An IST representative will get back to you within 3 business days to discuss your request, perform initial requirements gathering, coordinate follow-up discussions and meetings with the appropriate IST staff, and then help prepare a formal service proposal.
